Yes I have onset of arthritis as well. It's variable. The zinc is just a wild guess btw. I did stop the Quercitin, Zinc Citrate, and Lutolin and it eased off. So maybe it was one of those ingredients, I am guessing the zinc as it's fairly reactive.

I have tinnitus as well, another old age thing and that varies too.

Some foods make things better. Black grapes help the Arthritis, and I have managed to get it to go completely at times.

Staying active helps to, I am fairly sure of that.
