Yep, got a big stack of organic turmeric in sealable sachets. Lots of fresh ginger and lots of garlic, beetroot juice with apple, lemons and limes.

I cook a lot of meat at once to save on electricity, I then cut it into chunks and freeze most of it.

I just made a big pot of yellow split pea soup with some vegetables and curry powder in it. Effectively a Dall soup. It's so good I am hesitant to freeze any of it.

With the Covids rampant, and I intend to be prepared for next year too, I am focusing on weight loss, therefore no bread. I walked past the bread counter today at the local supermarket with difficulty. I make really good bread too, there is flour in the cupboards but fortunately my laziness keeps a tight control on that -g-

Diet, exercise, and traditional medicines are thy way out of this as far as I am concerned. If Boris and co say any different, f**k em.

When the Nuremberg II trials are being set up for real, I'll bake some nice breads and cakes to pass around for those in the public gallery. -g-
