Stankie, Hope everyone reads your post --right on! I got suspicious when I saw patent questions swept away with the glib comment-- "patents only give you the right to sue". They also happen to be the foundation of real partnership deals. How does one expect to get royalties with no patents on something that looks easy to reverse engineer -- the only leverage they seem to have is hype -- how long can that last? Also -- they are called BAT -- batteries are their main thing -- I think it's a shame that their sealed nickel battery product has to take a back seat to this media driven frenzy.... Art
