No one and I mean no one suggest we do what worked in the past. Bring back "Cool Hand Luke" style prisons. All crime in 16 months would drop 90% therefore emptying out the criminal Court System. Only homeless people on the street corner would be lawyers.
Bring in Joe Arpaio, either as Director of the FBI or as Director of the Bureau of Federal Prisons
