RE: "PS Bob seemed quite bullish and doesn't see much chance of a Bear Mkt this yr or maybe even the next!"

Wow! I didn't hear that part. Can you give more specifics on that?

Best wishes,

I2

PS: I did hear the caller who said he bought Intel on Bob's "recommendation." That individual may have been listening to Bob's show, but he certainly was not comprehending what Bob was saying.

I only heard thru the summer and fall of 98? I will admit I was a soccer game the time so I might have missed that.

Thanks DHK

Question: RE: Asset Allocation.
I have some UTEK stock in a margin account. I've paid 70% of the cost of that stock. Against my 4% per stock allocation, does anyone know The Brink's advice as to how one should count that partly paid-up investment ? ?

(1) Do I only count the cash I've paid in toward the 4% allocation ?

(2) Or, do I count my entire UTEK cost basis, including margin debt owed ?

PS:
Kirk, your free discussion forum is excellent and well designed !

Also, I too tried the "Chat" feature at The Brink's homepage, but nobody was out there to answer. I guess the key will be to somehow be online when The Brink is online and in the mood to chat. Otherwise, it appears one is just chatting with a remote computer.
HAL, is that your ? ? ? :-))
