No, don't buy a deep out of the money call. Buy a slightly in the money call instead. If you buy an out of the money call, you could get stuck with the price above your shorting price and below your strike price. Sheesh.

So, you'd be willing to pay $6 right now for just a Feb 95 call or $8 1/2 for a Mar 95 call or an April 95 call for $11. Depends on your need for insurance. If you think you've called it close to the top, you're better off saving the $ on the call premium.

For instance, you can buy an APR 110 call for a measily $4. It is only insurance after all.
