Berens is great. My dad and his cronies used to joke about going to "the fisherman's ball". but they never clued me in on the joke. Hudson Ws is actually officially part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Nice town. Where I come from nobody ever called them "shanties". Just Ice houses, or ice shacks.
