see #946. #943 seems to have been an error. I hope. Otherwise this stock has so little float that big positions could be dangerous.

Hi Voyager,

As I noted in an earlier post, the fact that Chancellor *added* shares in the fourth quarter absolutely shocked me. I have no explanation for the large seller in the latter part of 1997, as I was reasonably certain it was Chancellor.

As for the "float", I am afraid I can't accurately guess what it is. Insiders hold approximately 1 million common, and according to Dow Jones, institutions hold (as of 12/31/97) just over 18%, though that is part of the "float." I think it can reasonably be argued that the floating supply is roughly 6.8 million common, with Chancellor holding something approximating 650,000 - 675,000. Raefon can supply solid figures, as it is my understanding that he has access to a Bloomberg.
