I think maybe you should stretch that estimate to <<More than 2.5%>> and you will be good -g- h/t to FJB. There are no black hats, or white hats. Only grey hats. In short, that is what the bible says, and for that matter, what Juan Matus says. Once that is realized... although the confusion remains, it is better understood. Then, the writings of Klaus Schwab and John Coleman become childlike in their simplicity, but of no comfort at all.

All they want is the freedom to live and die as they choose and then they will stop bothering you. Is that too much to ask? Or alternatively Canada could just lock them up or better yet put them before a firing squad. Heck, you wouldn't even have to kill half...just off a couple thousand or so and the rest would fall in line real quick. I mean this the f*cking path that too many countries are heading down right now...the fork in the road is right their in front of you...can you not see it or do you not care?!?!? This thread has always been about looking back to see forward and you have been here reading the words of some talented, astute, forward thinking, individuals for some time. So surely you have some interest in trying to peer into the crystal ball yourself? Where do you see this going?
