You've brought up several times that you were, shall we say , unimpressed with KE in the conference call. I still just don't see it. Please give reference to some specifics (especially for the not prepared observation). I think there is plenty of room for possible disagreement with what he said, but in my opinion, his delivery was done well. Keep in mind, I have only read the text of the CC and some of the subtleties that you may be alluding to could be hard for me to pick up. (or should I say: to which you may be alluding- I am talking to a Doctor, you know) :- ) I've said this before, but it sounds to me like there is plenty of room here for misapplying the blame on KE's shoulders instead of the rightful recipient (DD). I do feel your pain, however, and I would like to see some changes. I just don't agree with your call to replace KE, especially not based on whatWE know. To the baloney man: I really enjoyed the tone of your message. I bet you impress lots of potential new friends by giving that kind of first impression.
