Excellent detective work CR! Great News - 40 Episodes is probably a two year deal! If they get the average rate, that should be around C$26mil in revenues and they probably get some backends (like BeastWars). Geographic broadcast rights and some royalties on toys --all 100% profit. Trendmaster looks to be a rather aggressive company with some very good media-backed toy lines like Lost in Space, Godzilla, Ghostbusters etc... Here's some links I found: Trendmaster Home: trendmaster.com War Planet Home: trendmaster.com Press Release: trendmaster.com Looks like a pretty decent toy line. If it's half as successful as Beast Wars and they have a better royalty deal on the toys, it could be very, very significant. Maybe that's why they've been quiet, they don't want to loose this one and upset the Hasbro/BeastWars guys. Summit Media was the guys at NATPE that I got some info on. They were selling a bunch of shows that they had rights to --most tied into video games (Pokemon) or movies (RoboCop) or toys (War Planets). Looks like they have some good connections. Maybe now we can get the shares going the right direction. With this new project, the Sony one they've alluded too and a few more deals, they should have better revenue and income potential than Pixar, which takes 3 years and has incredibly lumpy income/losses. With a market cap well over US$1billion - I'd say MFE has some upside to it. They would not have sold US rights if the deal wasn't done, so I don't understand why they haven't announced it yet. Maybe they're waiting for the NYC ToyFair this week to make a big splash with it or something.
