Westerward and all: I sold half of my position in PLSIA at 107/8. I see the company is moving heavily into many types of laser aplications. The company is well managed, seems to have a clear strategy, and I have no doubt they will continue to grow and improve earnings. However, I am not so sure the "big reason" why I bought the stock in the first place is as close to reach a wide market acceptence as I thought. I am refering to the hard tissue dental laser. In talking to a couple of dentists (one of them teaches at BU dental school), I was told the applications are very limited (only new small cavities) and that the current stage of the product was comparable to that of arly mainframe computers of the 60's in the computer field, about 30 years before the PC revolution. Both dentist however, are familiar/use PLSIA soft tissue laser products.

The favor of a clarifying answer is appreciated.
