Stankie,

I apologize - My last post was directed to Scott Trapp not you.

Jodi

From out of the silence... While I don't always agree with your methodology, Jodi, I too would like to see Mr. Trapp provide a little more information than what appears as a weak attempt at supporting a short position.

Point of Information - Lyle Anderson is, or at least was, the top man at Desert Mountain, where the Tradition is held every year, which BTW, is a Nicklaus design. So he now has Superstition Mountain - what better way to launch his new venue than to sponsor a tournament where none other than Jack himself plays a starring role.

My guess is that even if Scott talked to Mr. Anderson himself - which he quite obviously did not - he would not have been told about the event until it has been "publicly" released. A quick lesson on advertising and marketing would show that a big splashy PR campaign is a hell of lot more effective than "leaking" bits and pieces of info on the upcoming grand opening event of the Superstition Mountain course. I would also wager that Dave Marr III (previous executive director of the [surprise!] Tradition) probably caught an ear-full from Anderson, but considering the pressure he and Mr. Loth have been under by shareholders for salient news, I'm not really surprised.

Secondly, Marr and his family are part of golfing's elite - ever since his father won the PGA tournament in 1965. Do really think he would jeopardize that relationship by issuing false press releases? Both he and his father worked for a major television network - do you really think they would jeopardize that as well? And the lawsuit that could arise from the dissemination of false information of this nature would be in the 10's of millions - far more than a little ill-conceived stock play could ever realize.

And to Mr. Eric Fader... If you're going to hype a stock - just do it, and f**k off - don't slam this company to promote your own self-interests. I live in British Columbia, I'll bet $1000 against your $100 that I can name ten times more companies that are from Florida or Nevada that in the shit with the SEC, than you can from B.C.

And to Mr. Streiter - Michael, your thoughts are fruitful and your words eloquent (albeit, like most counsellors, a little long-winded <g>). You are, however, wrong about David and/or Damian selling shares to support the market or the company. ALL of their shares were restricted. Period. Monies have come from seed shareholders and other interested parties. And 6 million in the float? That's accurate enough for the purposes of this thread. How do I know all this? Let's just say that I am very close to one of the ex-directors who setup this company. (keep it zipped, Theo)

IMHO, management would *not* risk the future of a potentially great company on bogus releases. Furthermore, they would not make statements about players that were not based in absolute truth, considering that they may want to work in this industry again.

I wish all of you well in your investments and your endeavors.

Back to the shadows... JS
