Each brokerage house is listed as only "one" stockholder, even though they may have thousands of clients holding a company's stock. Don't be misled by that number.
Cordially,

To all about Silicon doped Ge replacing
GaAs in IC that will outperform them.
Spoke to Elec. Engineer and designer.

He called me at bad time I'm down with
some deadly virus. But I feel your
pain. You who have sold and want to know,
or are about to.

The intellectual process both industrial and
legally is so great that it will take 10 years
at least for any kind of competion to beat
VTSS. IBM claims 70% yield, is that for the
finished product of all the transistors on
the IC board? Doubtful. This is with .25 microns.
This goes beyond the material used. Data rates
are beyond the capability of any conventional
silicon CMOS technology. The circuit applications are
designed by VTSS. At present no material has been produced
to be more efficient than GaAs. Improvements are coming
at a tremendous pace.

And nobody does it better than VTSS. I feel your pain
so I had to at least start writing this. I have more
notes some of which I don't understand. Will have to
study them.

Good Luck to all

Jerry

Don, Thanks for the 2/7 reply.. Have been under the weather myself. From all I hear, the new capacity is coming on steam on schedule, and will be rapidly put to good use. I am looking for a nice bumpup in earnings by the end of the year, and more to come. BTW, my GE time was at Valley Forge... our summers now are in Lake Park, about 10 miles west of Detroit Lakes... Nice lake country. dlo
