Diners Club then chased him to California, filed suit against him there, and obtained a California State court judgement against him (believed to be at Santa Monica). Do we have any lawyers on this thread? Any resident in L.A.? Santa Monica?? Folks, I am getting tired. I didn't get enough sleep last night.
