Michael,
I read one of your 30-50 posts over on Yahoo! (Where do you find the time?) You stated in the post that you wouldn't be affected by SYQT's earnings release. You have stated in other posts here that you are a IOM shareholder. Surely you have to admit this thought has crossed your mind. If SYQT reports a dramatic increase in sales it could have a minor, but still negative impact on IOM as far as Wall Street is concerned. Especially since IOM's standing has taken such a beating from its own earnings release.

Nasdaq listing requirements
One point which isn't discussed here on this thread (I think so):

If this stock falls below 1$ (and in my opinion this is possible when the flood of new shares arrive) syquest will face the danger of being delisted from the NASDAQ (and going to nowhereland). According to the new nasdaq rules the bid price has to be above 1$. If it falls under this level for a period longer than 10 days a lengthly delisting process will be engaged.

What I also want to point out is, that in any case this means that the possibility of further dilution comes to an end now.
What would all of you think what happens with syqt if it is traded on the otc bulletin board?

Another point about syquest. The success of an company is also a result of the international success. I am reporting from europe, where you can hardly find any syquest products. I am watching syquest for more than two years now, and could see that distributors in Germany completly removed syquest from their lists. There are only about three to four companies where you can order syjets and one for the Sparq. Last friday I phoned this company to order a SPARQ, but they didn't have it in their stock and they couldn't tell me when it arrives.
One the other hand you can buy Iomega's products like milk in a grocery, available everywhere.
I don't like the ZIP and the JAZ-drives, but I simply have to say that in Germany for example you simply have no choice.
