No in my thinking UBI eliminates this fare.. that fare.. pretty much all fares... (that is why I am NOT really a lefty :) if HC and ED are good... we don't need any more this/that/TOT bureaucracies... or at least far less.. maybe administering programmes for mentally challenged.. OK.. like building sites.. some special equipment ?... BUT STILL NO FURTHER MONEY required beyond running programs.. 'client's are getting UBI like everyone else... They can actually pay some costs out of that...
