Agree. I don't consider Mexico to be a "safe" jurisdiction anymore. Sold everything I had there. Currently, all the miners I own are focused either in the U.S. or Canada...

I have no problem making an exception or two... for a short to mid term trade... GPL not the only exception... I think Bluestone... BBSRF... a worthy trade just now, for instance...

But, also, don't consider Columbia, Brazil or Guatemala as more of a risk, or growing risks, like others... Mexico, Bolivia, Argentina... are definitely avoid... even in PAAS and Fresnillo... for any longer term holding period. MAG, of course... same problem... as sharing part of a Mexican mine.

So, I've no problem with BTG... others like it... ?

But, also, find the potentials in Newfoundland and B.C, are no less compelling than those in South and Central America...

Also should point out... I don't generally consider Namibia to be much of a geopolitical risk, either... a far safer jurisdiction IMO than many of the African countries closer to the equator... or on the other coast...

So, NMREF is a very solid pick IMO... just based on the REE and other tech metal interests... a no brainer given JOGMEC participation and LG owning a big chunk... with a lot of upside in gold exploration. And BTG also has a producing gold mine there...
