Addi: You fail to distinguish between a spirited defense of MO and arrogance (of the "nobody can mess with MO" type, which we saw Tony exhibit in the case of Intel). As for the "pleasure generated from smoking" -- yes, there is such a thing, believe me! Whether that has a positive impact on mankind or not, is difficult to say -- in much the same way as it is difficult to say whether the millions of man-hours spent every evening slouching in front of TV watching sitcoms has a positive impact or not. My point was simply that blaming MO for any/all of our ills can quickly take us along that slippery slope where we might next start blaming fast-food companies, then alcohol companies, followed by soft-drink companies, followed by automobile companies... and on and on and on, until we could finally reach Playstation and Sony, and... LSI! Dipy.
