That looks like a pretty good list of concerns. Something not mentioned is the enabling of instant field diagnostics any time of the day, a technological railroad not anticipated and an awakening. "Look after the kids and the dollars will look after themselves.", another saying from dad I was following and probably a significant reason I originally moved to the center (I didn't see it as the center originally).
