They are willing to kill and maim thousands of children worldwide to cover their butts on vaccine adverse reaction liability. Here's the story of Maddie de Garay: The full RFK Jr. interview is here. The clip in the tweet above is from 34:47. I don't see how FDA gets around being found complicit with these liability issues. The sneaky thing they did with the approval of the non-available Pfizer-free BioNTech Comirnaty, while at the same time extending the EUA for the legally distinct but "not otherwise different" Pfizer-BioNTech version shows that they are working to prevent injury liability from taking effect for the pharmas - especially when they tag-team that with a pending child approval. FDA is supposed to work for us, not Big Pharma. FDA signaled they were going for child approval, but I think it is still in EUA status. The problem is that when it comes to children, it appears that vaccine injury liability is no different between EUA and FDA approved - that is to say, arbitration with no chance to sue the pants off them. The legal difference the pharmas care about is that when a child vaccine gets FDA approval, then that carries over to make liability no different between EUA and FDA approval for adults as well. So that's when the Comirnaty vaccine will start being released with a full list of potential side effects on the package insert. An in-your-face, you can't touch us - you signed up for this, notice to all previous vax avoiders. That'll probably be when they start sending the vax police door to door. (Only partially kidding.) I hope the de Garay family has made an official VAERS report of their own and followed up with a lawyer and a direct report to the FDA. From the Tucker Carlson interview with the mother, she sounded very resigned and passive about holding people to account. I can understand that position - she's got enough on her plate. I appreciate that she is going public, but certain legal notice should be carried over directly to FDA. It sounds like Pfizer and the doctors are not willing to do that. Even if they signed some kind of NDA with Pfizer, they should be protected by whistleblower laws if they believe the the Pfizer study did not properly report the injury to Maddie.
