Surething, The partnership with Koch Oil was announced several months ago, however, it came with an abundance of obstacles that seemed, at times, almost impossible to overcome. The market gave it little chance of succeeding. There was a closing scheduled in Nov 97, then two in Dec 97, then two in Jan 98, however, it now seems that all the ducks properly lined up.
