Is this based on intraday patterns? EMA55 is at 25.33 and SMA200 is at 27.25. Those should make for natural resistance levels. On the other hand, I am guessing there is a lot of short interest there, so any more higher could snowball. It is an interesting dynamic. Russian market is normally correlated with oil. But in this case they are going to be negatively linked.
