J.D. I agree with you. In both cases, ZONA and TXB, what happens with the FDA will make or break them. With TXB, we should know soon. All indications are that their drug will be approved soon. ZONA will take longer and I am not as sure about ZONA's drug getting approved, but all indications are that things are going in the right direction.

Thank you for answer.
<<TXB and Zonagen will not sue because it will cost more to go to court then the amount awarded as general damages. There is no big pockets to go after.>>
What about Asensio's pockets?
ZONA damages are serious. I do understand that suits are expensive, complicated and unpleasant. But the situation looks serious. It is not about individuals. I would be the first one to agree that you can't suit every idiot. But it is about COMPANY REPUTATION. ZONA silence could be considered as a sign of weakness. Argument is: they are affraid to go to the court: too many questions could be asked. I believe that's the main reason for the repetetive Bill's posts (scam and so on). He may believe that ZONA would rather run from Justice than for.
What do you think about that?

Best wishes.
