c-man: BINGO!!...why WOULD Buffet buy up 120 mil ounces of physical silver??? Mistrust of paper currency??

Im convinced that TPRO has a great future over the next few years BUT anyone with the foresight to get involved with a stock like this must also be thinking about the worst case scenario....i.e. what if all of this (TPRO etc.) is not enough. What conclusions are these companies reaching after they run the CD??

Perhaps some of you experienced techies out there can confirm or debunk something for me. I have heard that there is a large number of computers out there which were programmed back in the 60s to recognize the digits 99 as a command to shut down all computer functions and that these computers will shut themselves down on 1/1/99. My understanding is that this was not programmed as some "future timebomb" but merely a convenient way to shut down the computers for repairs or maintenance long before anyone was thinking about the year 1999. If this is the case massive problems could commence a year before y2k. Can anyone confirm or deny this??
