ENVP - Last Wednesday they were .01. On very little volume (5,000 shares at a time) it goes up to .31 on Friday. There was a little sell off and closed .12 (Bid) - .25 (Ask). Rumor has it there is a buy-out negotiation of some kind in the works. Since the company started filing in 8/1/96 they have had 19 filings with the SEC (check EDGAR Archives - put in Environmental Plus or try sec.gov It seems that one of their purposes (as stated in 4/16/97 - 10QSB "The Company intends to continue its efforts to engage in a merger or acquisition with another company." That's a lot of filings (19) for a little company - unless they were doing everything right so that a larger, private company can acquire them and use them as an ongoing, public company shell and go public themselves. It might be worth checking out... Richard
