Dragonfly,

Many thanks for sharing this info.

I hope nobody buys CMNT (or any stock) solely for the purpose of a hopeful buyout... As you are probably aware, CMNT has been the subject of many buyout rumors over the last several months.

Yes. Things appear to be back on track. So let's give them some time and see what develops. BTW, with CMNT earnings expectations of $ 0.19 for FY '98 & $ 0.28 for FY'99, if CMNT were to be bought out, I would expect the purchase price to be a bit higher than 6. JMHO. However, I wouldn't mind to see CMNT dip into the 3 3/8 range again... ;-)

Insider activity shows more buying than selling in the last few month. I'm holding on to my shares. I think the price of the shares will be moving up to 6 fairly quickly or the company will be bought out at close to that price. There are many companes that would want to offer CNT's connectivity products as part of their own service, IMO.

OFF TOPIC From this point forward....

I notice that you follow AXC & TPRO boards as well.... hmmmm.... (small investing world)

I think that you may want to read the latest Barron's @ BAAT... they seem a bit unconvinced (to say the least) @ the viability of this "R&D Company" and gave two "Yellow Flags" & one "Red Flag"...

Good investing.
