Daniel- The question remains, when or if ericy will get in the cdma game and how much will a license from qcom cost (even if only w-cdma related). As I said this is the year we see how much of the market cdma takes. Maybe the world (mostly GSM) will stick with GSM and wait for w-cdma in three years, or maybe they'll be buying from Nokia, LU, and Mot, with cdma licenses already. With all that dough ericy has, maybe they buy qcom, then what would we do?

Qcom has gone up agianst the big boys of GSM, in a techno superiority war, and they may not win. Within two weeks we should find out some idea of how much qcom IPRs are worth.

Royalties weren't reduced by the way, royalty income has been. An ericy license deal should help.
