Of course they're worth more than 20 cents. The company is worth at least a buck.

Question: Is the company worth at least 30 mil?

Answer: They did 7 mil in revenues in December alone combined with Softbank.

Do the math. That's 140 mil a year. Do more math and you'll see it's $4 a year on the fully diluted shares.

And that's just a start. They said 300 mil in revenues by the end of five years.

It's all about the Benjamins baby.

Matty: When I talked last with my friend Jack, he said he called the company. he said that the reason the company hasn't been too vocal lately, was because they are in a quiet period.

When they're right, they're right! It sure has been kind of quiet lately.

He also told me that it is his understanding that there is a company called "double click" who is coming out wiyth an IPO. they are in the same business, I believe as Netz. their IPO price is 14 dollars. If they are worth 14 dollars, do you think Netz is worth more than 20 cents??

Don't forget that DoubleClick is making an IPO which requires the sending out of prospects. This make DC a 'known' quantity to most everybody that is somebody in the investment world. In the prospects they have to describe their immediate future in the market with great detail.

NETZ on the other hand used a dormant shell to get started and has acquired some interesting assets. They might well be a force to reckon with up ahead. But the main difference is that they have not published their financial data. The actual stock structure (float etc) is not known and there is the cloud of possible debentures hanging over NETZ. It is not currently known how they financed their way to present day NETZ.

NETZ might well be a big hit once people can get some real figures. But until then I cannot see why big money would want to step in.if their financials are ok and there is no massive debt or upcoming dilution the upside should be rewarding to say the least. We'll see in a few months.
