Vitamin D & K2. Dr John Campbell. Nice presentation. Noted that Dr John Campbell takes 100 ugm or 4000 IU units a day. Indicated Saurkraut is a good source of K2. Maybe an important synergy Vit D and Vit K2, although studies have not yet shown additional K2 in necessary.

I am doing all the usual sleep, water, etc and Zinc and D3 The government has mobilised the local property tycoons and spoken w/ family offices, and in a matter of days shall tee-up universal testing and quarantine process, and shall pay for 40K hotel rooms to do the necessary. HK has altogether 88K hotel rooms, so the industry shall be thrown a common-prosperity MMT line, should result in a win-win outcome, hopefully. In the meantime, my friends in California and in Texas reported in, and said they received their common-prosperity freebie Covid test-kits, 4 per pack from the Team USA postal service. One of them sent me photos and I note the win-win generosity of the governing authorities that purchased the kits from Team China China China (likely from companies w/ CCP secretary) to gift to the American people, financed by a combination taxes and debt, and with the debt partly financed by the accounts of the CCP I have it on good-enough authority that the American-made test-kits also are made from ingredients shipped from China. This trade war is getting more and more untenable, and actually, should one think about it, silly
