Excellent summary, Would note that the spike protein not only helps the virus get into the cell but once in the cell interferes with DNA repair. Do we want to inject ourselves with spike proteins?

Vitamin D3, C+Zinc, Aspirin are standard for me in addition to olive oil, and raw ginger around 15 gram each
