Happy Birthday, Tom. One year of the A.I.M. Users Group Bulletin Board. I want to thank you, and the other contributors, for all the good advice (and humor). I started AIMing last July. It took me a while to get going but I finally feel like I'm up to the intermediate level.

This year has been great so far, AIM accounts up 6%. This last week contributed half of that gain. Without AIM I would have thrown in the towel and dumped most everything into cash.

I know there are anxious times ahead but using AIM I will be less anxious.

This previous week I got one AIM sell (BOBJY) in the IRA and I performed "vealies" on three of the four proprietary mutual funds in my Aetna deferred compensation fund. I've been a bit too cautious in those funds with cash sitting just under 40%, hence the vealies.

Thanks again, and here's to another successful year for the A.I.M. Users Group.

Hi Tim- In the case of BOBJY, gaps are good stuff. Wonder if there was a short squeeze? Haven't looked in a couple months, but BOBJY often has substantial short interest.
