under martial law, the law is what ever the dictator says it is and back it up with well armed RMCP and foreign mercenary goon, and now there are no longer any citizens rights or freedoms under thd Canadian Charter of Rights. Courts so far have sided with gov't on all orders and mandates. When gov't denies people of their livelyhood and deny access to the financial system, they have nothing left to lose and that is when bad things really start to happen, especially to politicians.
