RB back on the 4th I posted this site to Ray. I guess no one really checked it out because with what I copied down below should have warranted one or two posts.ggggg
home1.gte.net
"Franklin is a fully reporting, OTC company which has been around since 1981 making various WAN and more recently, computer telephony products. FTEL burst onto the VoIP scene in the last quarter of 97 with what is probably the best quality VoIP gateway we have heard and at prices which are reasonable. The company is also ramping up to create its own VoIP network, initially in the United States. FTEL just raised $7 million so has the cash to go some distance."

"We rate this company with an excellent chance of doubling in price over the next six months. A little small for a mutual fund but they would probably make placements. The company has already gone up from $5 to over $7 since we wrote them up and we expect them to go higher. The reason for this is they are doing what CT&T is doing, building a VoIP network to enter the long-distance business."

<<Charlotte, how right you are. The evaluation units are not logged as
sales but rather as inventory. Until such time as they are accepted and paid for. Last quarter is when just about all of them were shipped, thus creating more of a drag on the bottom line.

Hope that helps some to understand.

What I believe RB is trying to say is that FTEL isn't selling much, yet. In fact, if you look at revenues, they are actually falling from last year.

If revenues don't come soon, will they need to make another offering, further diluting the stock? I bet they do in the future, but I'll make more detailed predictions regarding that after the June 30, 1998, results are known.
