>>>I believe the Integrion relationship is nonexclusive?

Me too!

>>>Is this relationship exclusive or can INTU work with others?

I would think it was exclusive on the outbound payment..ie Checkfree has that pay button, and they are paying for it. 20M so far.

However on the inbound...receipt of Billings....no matter who the consolidator, Intuit, MSFDC, a Bank. I think they will accept bills from anybody.

>>>Is CKFR management projecting revenue growth as well as profit
growth?

Everybody's guessing...nobody really knows...it's never been done before. I'm watching CYCH for an early indicator of potential expotential growth. Since their encyrption stuff is used by most everybody. They report 2/9/98 after close, they have been going expotential revs. for a few Qs' now. I took a modest position, to see if they have a 'Santa Claus' effect.

>>>I would like to see the day where a consumer goes to make a
purchase (such as at AMAZON) and CKFR projects that cost into
the INTU monthly QUICKEN budgets and shows the impact. The
consumer then agrees and CKFR authorizes the purchase to the
e-tailer and ultimately debits consumers account upon e-billing
receipt.

>>>I hope management is way ahead of me.

From personal experience, THEY ARE WAY AHEAD OF ME.......I'm just figuring out the stuff they did last year!

Needless to say....Checkfree being the leader on the Backend & Intuit being the leader on the Frontend, is one massively powerful alliance.

At this point in the game, 'they can write their own ticket'. But where we're going is anybodys guess.

Like they say. "the journey is sometimes better then being there."

So far this is one trip I am truely enjoying.

>>>I worry (hopefully needlessly) that consolidating in
itself is not a particularly profitable business and thus
INTUIT's decision to sell. Thus, holding my CKFR shares with
fingers crossed.

This may provide you with insight into why each party did, what they did on that deal. It is very stale, 15 months old. But nearly everything discussed has come true to this point.

In that same line......If anybody knows where the article is that points out the next 15 months.......go ahead and post it up.

This flows into the Branding (tm) stuff.

First for concept, with a twist......like a 3rd party processor.
