Germany shall not, and the government is not mandated to fight Russia, and Putin knows it

So, if so, then the ‘not certifying’ is all there is

Should it not be such a case, all hell breaks loose and gold goes to the moon, along w/ natural gas and oil and and and a lot of good stuff

Nasdaq would not be amongst the moon entourage
