There wouldn't be the need for much, if any, "Monitoring" of the private personal financial affairs of American citizens if, for example, an across the board 15% TAX was levied on EVERYBODY. There wouldn't also be the need for a TAX CODE contained within 2652 pages ----> It's a TAX CODE size such as this that "invites" TAX AVOIDANCE as well as the wealthy needing an army of "Tax Consultants & Lawyers" to ensure they end up paying as little tax as possible !!
