I've spent many hours reviewing DoD white papers/reports. Putin wants NO PART of a shooting war with the U.S. and NATO. He thought Trump had ruined NATO. Now NATO is stronger than ever and countries that were trying to remain neutral are now debating joining NATO. It was either Bloomberg Asia or CNBC Asia where top analysts discussed how countries were now looking to the U.S. to restore "leadership" and "order" in the world. Putin is also "very" unpopular with young people in his country. He has a large population of 18-25 year olds that do not give a rats as about expansion west. They want jobs. They are subject to conscription. I just hope someone does not get "trigger happy" and this thing goes into full blown combat. TWT. RDK
