In WA some teachers receive exorbitant salaries, far beyond what a free market would provide. In exchange they support the scum that gave them the vig, financially and otherwise.

Anything the government gets involved with will become a criminal enterprise.

How else are they going to train the future work force? They already test for intelligence..............so one might ask "why?"

If "wrap around services" become a reality they will be better able to funnel people into predetermined slots that are designed to ensure a smooth running society. A society bereft of conflict and competition.

Remember Hillary knew what she was talking about when she said "it takes a village."
