with the geopolitical situation in Europe doesn't seem like cheap imports are going to be a problem any time soon and with rising rates, inflation, energy costs I think prices will continue to be high

Yes, the best leading indicator for demand for UAN's fertilizer is the price of corn.

Go to this chart, and look at the 10 year view:

From 2015-2020 the price of corn is low, and fertilizer prices were in the tank.

Now the price of corn is quite high, and so are fertilizer prices.

So we're going to see the corn price collapsed before the price of fertilizer collapses. So.....we're going to get a good warning when "the party's over". Until then, UAN is going to throw off lots and lots of cash, to unit holders.
