Janice: I thought you would support my position. BTW, I second that emotion.

Janice: Since you are our representative from our underwriters (Skruem & Leevum), perhaps you can answer this question ...

Let's say we have a hypothetical situation ... like maybe a hot private company about to go public. And, let's say the CEO of this company has oodles of pre-IPO shares. Now, hypothetically speaking, how would this hypothetical CEO sell his oodles of shares to a hypothetical outside investor?

Not that this hypothetical situation exists, mind you. I just figure that as an executive officer in a similar firm, it might behoove me to know the process one would go through if the opportunity presented itself?

Note to the rest of the executive staff ... please disregard this note, and rest assured that it has nothing to do with the rumors that have been floating around lately. Officially speaking, there is no big-bucks investor snooping around our firm. And, regardless of popular opinion, there are no verifiable publicly known facts to back up the rumors about the bidding war going on behind the scenes. You can all ignore the photographs of the 7 limousines that were parked outside FBN's headquarters on Friday.

Hope you all had a fine weekend. I sure did.

Regards,

TED
