Guess Riley didn't feel comfortable talking about the investor being investigated on this thread, did he?? But this little tidbit of "not ready for prime-time" information gives us a little hint as to what is currently going on. I wonder if US Gov't, in this case, should be construed as the SEC and/or FinCen. Whichever way it goes, if the funds are locked up, it will be some time before they are released. Maybe they are really doing this mysterious "investor" a favor and he just doesn't realize it yet.... :0) Regards, Ron
