I agree that it appears that this one is poised to take off. It has just bounced (a little) off of a 52 week low. Volume is light compared to historical activity. There are a lot of new contracts being announced, the stock is cheap given projected earnings, and the sector has excellent prospects. As has been mentioned often on this thread, there does not seem to be a positive feeling about management, which could be holding the stock back. I think, and hope, that management is getting smart an sandbagging a little much like Cisco, Microsoft, and others who are better managers of the analysts. I hope you are right about 35!
