Congratulations on urging Biden to cut Russia off completely: 2a) "Cancel" Russia. Block everything. Complete trade embargo. Cut Russia off from the Internet (as much as possible). Cut Russia off from the banking networks. Don't buy anything from Russia, don't sell anything to Russia. Have every other nation in NATO do the same. Other countries can join in or not, but those who continue to trade with Russia may face further repercussions.
