Spoke with Danny Alex from Revere the other day.
There are 10.3 million fully diluted shares including 3.8 million in a performance type escrow. He estimates the trading float at 3.8 million.
It seems that they will be releasing some "substantial" PRs in the next couple of weeks - possibly more on the Telus Corp partnership as well as some acquisitions.
Revenues are estimated in the $1.5 million range for the year ending 31 Mar. They are not in the black yet however. Revenues for FY 98 are projected at $10 million according to their business plan.

I've done some digging and have been able to identify which Brokerage Houses have been Paper Pushing since the start of public trading in 1996.

IMO there seems to be some stock cleaning and accumulation going on. This looks like it's ready to make a move . . .
Can anyone else help out here? Additional DD, background info, or comments?

Mr Bill McCormack reports
Revere Communications and Telus have signed a memorandum of understanding to form the basis of their national partnership in the prepaid long distance calling card market. The memorandum of understanding will provide the foundation upon which the parties will develop a mutually beneficial relationship. This working partnership will build on the strengths of the two organizations and provide for joint sales and marketing in North American and International markets aimed at growing the long distance prepaid business.
The Telus/Revere partnership is being developed on the basis of active participation by both organizations. The parties intend to use the strengths of the Telus and Revere teams and business channels, to maximize penetration of the global prepaid calling card marketplace. The partnership management teams, spearheaded by key members of both organizations, are mandated to manage and develop market strategies and pro-active national sales agendas. This management team will also identify further common areas, interests, initiatives and engage in other activities as may be required to facilitate growth and development of this dynamic partnership.
Discussions are now underway to finalize the details of the partnership. The Telus and Revere partnership provides focus, resources and planning, combined with a global vision to penetrate a market growing at an exponential rate in both the US and Canada.
