Thank you, Mike. No relations to STRR other than a long time stockholder since the 1980's. Knew and asked STRR president Herb of the Shaw Road fame (STRR is on the Shaw road), to get more money from GE to start the next generation processor design. As far as the arbitration of contract in 1995; both management has to do it arms length. Third party made the decision of the award. Otherwise, why not $10 million or $20 million, or $30 million?

I know you wanted me to say that the STRR loss on the processor patent lawsuit by contingency lawyers in their home town in OHIO, has some thing to do with it. And the $104 million loss of lawsuit by GE in the Fonar magnetic resonance patents situation has something to do with it. All I can say is that; that was a past that we are happy to forget. They have been settled.

The bright future is the fact that GE is still the largest stockholder with the remaining preferred stock, convertible to common stock at a good ratio. GE had no problem with STRR reducing the dividend liabilities, with a good buy back deal. I have known GE for a long time , and they are known as Generous Electric.
