You might want to mention to Scott that a way to get around the negative April 2020 print in CL (WTIC) is to use the Brent Oil contract and adjust for the $3-$4 difference in them to get an interpolated WTIC.

The storage situation at Cushing that caused that negative print was an extremely rare event that is unlikely to be repeated anytime soon, so why use it?
