Mr. P.: Thanks for injecting an element of sanity into the SI hype. You were a breath of fresh air and will be missed. When I told my wife today that you had taken your final curtain call and that I was in deep mourning, she replied: "Isn't it about time that you quit sitting in front of that damn computer all the time and get a life." She's probably right. Perhaps it is time for all of us Pinkophiles to go our separate ways. But maybe, just maybe, there will be a day in the future ... perhaps on one of the Value Investing threads ... when I can say ... at least to myself ... "Mr. Pink has returned."

Mr. Pink, Thanks for all your help. I will archive your letter and read it often. When i first read your thread I thought you were another nut case on SI, one of the many here. Mr Pink, sorry to see you go, although surprised it lasted this long, I have found people do not want to hear negatives and your stinging barbs were I'm sure especially disliked. Up to now it always amazed me no one came on to your thread from MILK etc, anyway I will miss your insight as well as your humor. What also I find amazing is that this thread only has 900 odd posts on it, reminds me of the old saying its not quantity its quality.. Good Luck to you and all the little pinkies. Scott
