I suspect we have more than adequate funding waiting in the wings for the Hockaday MFCell.
Remember, we still have not heard from Redfield and the HSDevice.

Financial Reports?????????????????

Does anybody know if Manhattan Scientifics has already or intends to file financial reports sometime in the near future with the SEC.

Reason for asking is the following comment quoted in a Bloomberg article on B.A.T. Intl. this morning.

"On Feb. 8, SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt endorsed a proposed halt to
OTC_BB trading of companies that don't file with his agency"
