Biden is not in much of position to change decisions made by ‘his’ administration. The swampy Washington deep-state characters in league and concert with same ilk of European capitals pushed NATO eastward, and the rest of what then must happen did, as consequences. Foreign affairs, diplomacy, geopolitics, and such games (in the sense of mathematics and logic) have long-tail consequences, and all negative actions by someone on anyone tends to accumulate long-tail negative consequences building to crescendo. At the start of any day and end of all nights all domains must realize that pushing Russia enough shall result in Russia doing what Russia must do per just-do-it, and that once done, all immediate problems to Russia would be fixed, by definition, even as long-tail consequences must play out in negative feedback looping, amplified. What is happening today in the Ukraines can be traced back, blockchain way, to the Mongol invasion way back awhile. In other words, what is happening today, with or without Putin, would happen anyway, timing depending on lots of other issues and appearance of many needed lead characters. Once all needed active ingredients and circumstances just right, boom, expression. This is the sort of stuff Martin Armstrong appreciates, like cat and catnip.
